COSECON SPA is a company with a majority public shareholding that was founded in 1967 as the Consorzio per lo Sviluppo Economico e Sociale del Conselvano (Consortium for the Economic and Social Development of Conselvano) and was subsequently transformed into a limited company with a share capital of 11,768,610 euros.

The current holding structure consists of 116 partners including several Municipalities, the Provinces of Padua and Venice, trade associations and banks.
The company has a general management unit, supported by a company secretary's office, an administrative department, a technical department, a sales department and a tendering department.
Company organization guarantees a high level of professionalism and prompt solutions to the needs of companies in the production sector.

The company has also been ISO 9001 IQNET certified for some time.
The company employs 20 people and its premises extend over several floors of a building on the industrial estate at Viale dell'Industria n. 2/A, Conselve covering a total surface area of roughly 1,200 square metres.

As the company has expanded over the years it has become a holding company, i.e. a company that is able to optimize management of its services through partial or total affiliates.
In addition to its well-established consolidated real estate work, job training and management-marketing of energy (gas), they will be involved in quality of products and work, ecology, the environment, safety and services as well as logistics.

In recent years, COSECON SPA has been increasingly involved in the infrastructure sector and sale of production and residential areas in different provinces in the North East and has passed from a turnover of 6,455,000 euros with 178,000 m2 sold in 1999 to a current turnover of 22,099,000 euros with 553,000 m2 sold during 2002.
