WHAT WE DO
COSECON SPA is specialized in
urban planning and land transformation and this has taken
on a concrete form in the organization, planning, purchasing,
infrastructuring and sale of areas for industrial, commercial
and artisan use:
- This activity is divided into three different areas:
« PRODUCTION PLANT AREA
DIVISION: infrastructuring and sale of urban areas for
artisan, industrial and commercial use as well as improvement
of the road system in the areas that COSECON has worked
in (with building of underpasses and overpasses, roundabouts,
etc.).

« RESIDENTIAL AREA DIVISION:
development of areas for residential lots.

« DEVELOPMENT OF OFFICES AND WORKSHOPS:
restoration and restructuring of buildings belonging to
industrial archaeology (disused sites such as ex sugar refineries,
distilleries, etc.) for artisan, commercial and office use
(business incubators).

In addition
to the activities described above, Cosecon spa also offers
these services:
« Assistance to companies when submitting
applications for easy term loans and in procedures for obtaining
planning permission and supplying public services;
« Assistance to
companies when submitting applications for easy term loans

supplying public services;
« Construction
of natural gas distribution networks and management of the
distribution service in the urban network for both residential
and industrial use as well as providing assistance to the
public for submission of connection applications through
a user help desk;
« Staff training using the company,
COSECON FORMAZIONE LAVORO, that is also located on the industrial
estate in Conselve and runs staff training courses that
aim to recruit people in the company through courses;
« Issuing certificates
for enrolment in the CCIAA (Chamber of Commerce, Industry,
Agriculture and Crafts) through telematic link;
« The head office
has a multimedia room for events including conferences,
international meetings, courses and presentations that can
accommodate up to 120 people in an area covering 190 m2.
The room is equipped with the latest multimedia services
making it one of the most innovative multimedia rooms in
the area;
« Seven classrooms
on the second floor that can seat a minimum of 10 to a maximum
of 21 people attending vocational training courses;
« Logistics and
general warehouse services on the industrial estate in Conselve
covering a surface area of approximately 45,000 m2 and involving
the long and short term storage of goods;
« Production of
electrical energy by way of a turbo-expander plant that
uses the energy produced by pressure drops in gas transformation
plants;
« Production of
electrical energy using a cogeneration and district heating
plant with biomass boilers originally used in agriculture;
« Collection
of urban solid waste and transformation into raw materials
using by specialized companies, Trasporti Ecologici S.r.l.
and Centro Riciclo Monselice S.r.l.;
